missingWrote a review on Jul 19landscaped groundseffective soundproofinglacking maintenance
The grounds feature well-groomed landscaping, complete with sun chairs, picnic tables, and an inground pool that adds a nice touch. The soundproofed walls effectively block out outdoor traffic noise, making for a surprisingly restful sleep.
Unfortunately, the hotel is in need of maintenance. The HVAC unit lacks cover and knobs, leaving it impossible to control the air conditioning, while water spots on the ceiling tiles hint at past leaks. The electrical setup is lacking with not enough outlets for common appliances, and the bathroom grout shows clear signs of wear.

It was a well-suited match for a weekend excursion in Rochester with decent value for money. The refrigerator was useful for keeping our drinks cool during the stay. Check the status of ongoing renovations to avoid surprises.

The double room was clean and pleasantly quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. Shower water pressure impressed me, and the complimentary pancake platter at breakfast was a tasty touch. However, the furnishings showed noticeable wear, and not all facilities were updated, such as the refrigeration issues reported by fellow guests. Additionally, hotel management should address cleanliness for bedding to ensure future comfort.

the anchorage inn had an excellent location just off the highway, making it easy to find. the friendly staff helped me with the tv, which was great since i’m not tech-savvy. i loved that there was an outdoor pool and a relaxing water fountain nearby that added to the atmosphere.
i’d suggest adding more dining options on-site.
